Regardless of experience or organizational level, no employee is an island. Most work in team environments where they must partner with others to accomplish tasks and goals. Yet, very few teams have an effective framework for doing so.

In this course, participants examine a framework that outlines the feelings and behaviors common at each stage of a team’s development, as well as actions and activities recommended to help them progress toward a desired level of performance. Participants also explore common conflict management styles and discover how to navigate through conflict and guide their teams toward effective collaboration.
